Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: We only accept cancellations if the order has not shipped. Please either email us @ abysscardshop@gmail.com or contact us via the online chat bot in the lower right corner of the website.

Q: Are they the same size as MTG cards?
A: Cards are made on German black core paper. Identical to MTG blue core paper in weight and size.

Q: Where do the cards ship from?
A: All cards will ship from the US.

Q: What are the shipping options?
A1: Shipping is free in the US with an option for 2-3 day priority mail with tracking. 
A2: Outside the US depend on weight and destination. You’ll see the options during checkout.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We strive for 100% satisfaction for our customers so please contact @ abysscardshop@gmail.com if you have any issues or concerns. We can issue a refund if the order is cancelled before it is shipped.

Q: Where are my cards?
A: We ship all orders promptly through USPS but sometimes things get lost in the mail. If your order doesn’t arrive in a timely manner please reach out to us ASAP @ abysscardshop@gmail.com so we can resolve your issue.

Q: Will you have more cards listed?
A: We try to offer all the cards which value $8 or more. Please send an email if there’s anything you need not on our site.
